What do you like most about CECS?
"Students and faculty are very easy to approach and get
along with. They're always willing to help out and they make
being a part of CECS very enjoyable. There are also many
opportunities to get involved with CECS, through clubs or
leadership opportunities in Dean's Leadership Institute,
Dean's Student Advisory Board, Ambassadors or the being the
College Senator."

What do you like most about CECS?
"I like CECS because of how involved people are in the
college. There are always events going on in Russ and there is
always someone around to help if you're struggling on a certain
topic and to encourage you. CECS is a great place to be and I've
never regretted choosing an engineering major." |

Who did you co-op with? What did you find most
beneficial about your co-op?
"PC Krouse and Associates for one year and UDRI for one
year. It was an excellent opportunity to see engineering in
the real world. I gained some very valuable experience. It
also gave me the chance to begin networking with people in the
engineering world."

Who did you co-op with? What did you find most
beneficial about your co-op?
"I have a co-op with Southwest Ohio Council for Higher
Education (SOCHE) working with modeling molecular compounds
for the Air Force Research Lab. The best things about my co-op
are learning about new things without pressure of short
deadlines and grades, and working with scientist and engineers
in a professional environment. "

With whom did you co-op? What did you find most beneficial about your co-op?
"I had two co-ops: One with a private pipeline
consulting firm and the other with the Air Force Research Lab.
Both co-ops taught me the same things; the importance of
working in teams, communicating with others and that learning
never stops."
