Certificate Programs
For those wishing to upgrade their knowledge in these fields.
Wright State University's College of Engineering
and Computer Science now has certificate programs designed to provide up-to-date
technical knowledge and experience in the rapidly evolving computer software
environment. Three certificate programs are offered at the graduate level,
while one certificate program is offered at the undergraduate level. All
four programs are provided as part of the university's partnership with
the metropolitan community. For graduate certificates, students should
be admitted to the School of Graduate Studies (937-775-2976) in non-degree
status. For the undergraduate certificate, students must file a "Non-degree
Registration" form. A certificate program application must also be submitted initially to
the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
The graduate programs are designed for practitioners
desiring to upgrade their knowledge of modern software engineering, software
management, or database management and design practices and methodologies.
The undergraduate program is designed for practitioners who desire to upgrade
their understanding of modern object-oriented programming fundamentals
and practices.
