The following VIRE software registers volumetric images of the same scene (patient) taken at differnet times or with different sensors. It is assumed that nonlinear geometric differences do not exist between the images. This software has been developed using IDL 5.3 (Research Systems, Inc. http://www.rsinc.com/) and the software runs on both PC and SGI machines.

Downloading Instruction:
Please download the compressed zip file and unzip it. On a PC, double-click vire.sav to start the program and on an SGI machine enter vire to start the program. A few sample images are also included.
