NOTE: A separate entry form must be submitted for each team of 4 Trebuchets (or partial team; partial teams will be combined to make full teams) that will be presented for combat. Trebuchet Contest rules are available in a downloadable format at http://130.108.22.21/trebuchet/.

Students names need to be entered "correctly", without elaboration, spelled out (last and first name, in order, no initial for last name), one per field. This is important for our documentation process. Your compliance is necessary for successful registration.

Please print out a trebuchet qualification check list for each trebuchet, and bring it to the contest.
