Here's the assignment document for 2012. This is being updated as responses come in to Dr. Slater. Italics means I have not had a confirmation from you. Please confirm as soon as possible.

I will be at the Nutter Center at 6:15 AM to begin setup. I appreciate all the help we can get because we need to start setting up, and in many cases, getting people trained.

I need everyone else there by 7:30 AM to complete setup and be positioned to start the event imminently. Typically qualification is done around 10:30 or 11AM, and most refereeing is done by about 1PM, although I will still need about half the referees after that.

Volunteers are encouraged to park in the back (downstairs) parking lot so as to free up space in the "regular" parking lots where school buses will be dropping off and parking.

For your information I am also posting the NEW training presentation in html, pdf, powerpoint formats. I haven't had time to update the audio. If the audio disagrees with what's on the screen, it's wrong. It may be best to just turn it off.
