Unless otherwise noted, I hold copyright in all materials created by me, and allow general use under the "copyleft" terms of the GNU General Public License for software and the Open Content License for the rest.  You may use my copyright materials, for profit or for free, as long as you acknowledge my authorship and copyright. 

Any changes or additions that you make to this set of pages as a Web document must be made publicly available, and may be folded into later versions by me. Any such inclusions will of course be credited with your copyright, under the Open Content License.  You may create variant and derivative works as long as you are accurate in attributing my contribution.
