My name is Lisa Dewart. I am currently a Sophomore, and I am so glad that I chose Wright State. From my experience at Wright State over the course of the past four quarters, I have learned so much about life in general, as well as a lot about the people here. I am excited to be on campus, and I am very excited to become a successful engineer some day. My ideal major is Material Science, which is very unique, a lot like myself. I love to play sports, especially volleyball. I am a captain of an intramural team here at Wright state, and I absolutely love it.

Secretary: Sarah Bell

Hi! My name is Sarah Bell, and I am a sophomore in Biomedical Engineering. This year I will be the secretary for SWE. One day, I eventually hope to be an optometrist. I've made a lot of new friends through SWE, and hope that even more people will get involved this year! When I'm not in class, I'm usually here is Russ doing research or grading calc homework. Outside of school, I enjoy mentoring, running, hanging out with my friends, and trying to learn how to golf! I'm really looking forward to all of the exciting events that SWE has planned for this year!!!

Actvities Coordinator: Alissa Westgerdes
westgerdes.15@wright.edu

I'm Alissa Westgerdes, and this is my fourth year at Wright State. My major is mechanical engineering, and I'm interested in pursuing aeronautics. Fluid mechanics and thermodynamics have been my favorite classes. I have a four year tuition scholarship from Crown Equip. Corporation. This is my third year working in the Math Learning Center in Dunbar Library, we tutor all math through calculus II. I had been looking for ways to get involved on campus to make social and professional connections, so I joined SWE and ASME. I'm happy to accept the position of Activities Coordinator for the 2010-2011 school year. I can't wait to see what we can accomplish this year.

As a freshman I attended our Lake Campus in Celina, my hometown. In my free time I enjoy tennis, bowling, singing, and girls nights! Since I moved away from home, my younger sister and I have become closer than ever. My boyfriend and parents have been wonderful supporters throughout my college experience.
